2 days ago, I bought a new vape from another My Vapery branch. Unfortunately, I did not think to test it before leaving the store. At home, I found that the pod I had bought was burnt. Yesterday I headed to the branch in maesem to ask if I could have the pod exchanged. The ladies were very helpful and both immediately started thinking of a solution. Since an exchange wasn’t possible, the ladies offered me a “buy one get one free”. I was really happy with the service and I’m thankful for the helpfulness of the staff. I recently visit the store and had an outstanding experience. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of vapes and accessories. One thing I want from the store is the services that the staff provide especially Jessica. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to my preferences. She helped me choose the perfect device. Her friendly approach made the whole experience so much better. It's clear that she genuinely cares about helping customers find the best products for their needs.
