One thing I want from the store is the services that the staff provide especially Jessica. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to my preferences. She helped me choose the perfect device. Her friendly approach made the whole experience so much better. 2 days ago, I bought a new vape from another My Vapery branch. Unfortunately, I did not think to test it before leaving the store. At home, I found that the pod I had bought was burnt. Yesterday I headed to the branch in maesem to ask if I could have the pod exchanged. The ladies were very helpful and both immediately started thinking of a solution. Since an exchange wasn’t possible, the ladies offered me a “buy one get one free”. I was really happy with the service and I’m thankful for the helpfulness of the staff. Thank you Peter for assisting me to get the best combination of vape juices for my sub ohm device. He was approachable and gave a good pricing. Please add more variety to your vape juice. Every branch has the same Pod Salt or yogi brand. Please add Tokyo, Nasty, VGOD, Ruthless, Sams Vape, and Vampire Vape to your collection just like Let’s Vape. Walked into this plush store one fine morning and had a chat with lovely Mika who walked me through her own journey of quitting cigarettes with the help of vaping.
